Before Alaska's death

The novel Looking for Alaska by John Green is about first love and the death of a loved one. Miles is fascinated by Alaska from the first moment and falls in love with her. Later, he has to cope and deal with her death.

Miles is fascinated by Alaska's impulsive and outspoken nature. He finds her very attractive, and also quickly realizes that she is intelligent.
