In following section, we will list the themes in the story. Remember that usually a story has a main theme and other secondary ones. In Kirsty Logan's story, the main theme is romantic love. Other themes are identity, isolation and technological advancement.

Love

Love is a universal theme, and there are countless literary works that deal with it. In this particular case, the author focuses on the feeling of being heartbroken because of ended relationships.
